The people who work there are so nice. The doctor's are well educated on what they can do for patient's. I have been going there several years and will not go any where else for pain management for my problem. They are though when doing a procedure for any one and to me that means a lot.
I have been going to M.I.S.S. since about 2005. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my chronic pain. As a matter of fact, I moved to Lafayette for two years and traveled back here to Munster every single month just to keep seeing them. Every person there has taken especially good care of me. I have never been treated unfairly or been made to feel like a number. I recommend M.I.S.S. highly.
Best physicians and staff. You are treated like family, and the level care is outstanding. I couldn't believe how much attentive care I received from making my initial appointment to my follow up. Just exceptional care. Best pain management in NWI hands down.
UPDATE: Liz called me back the same day and handled everything. She was very pleasant! Went to my appointment and everyone was great including Dr. Gupta & his nurse. ****Worst receptionist ever! First called to schedule appt. (New Patient) which went great. Called back same day with questions on how to transfer my records & Kathy was extremely rude! She cut me off mid sentence (Hold please), then proceeded to tell me it was my responsibility to get records or they wouldn't see me. All she had to say was I needed to come to t... read more
Worst experience ever! Brought my ct scan and report from hosp (not site if he even looked at it) Doctor laughed at me a couple times, said it could be fibro "so he didn't believe me? Kept saying I don't prescribe narcotics. ...never asked for them so he just assumed I was there to get drugs?! Waited 30 min to have them acknowledge I was in the office even though told me to be there 15 min early to fill out paperwork, then didn't see doc until an hour after my apt was scheduled. Thanks to Dr. K. And his team it was pleasant to sleep last night because my leg didn't fall asleep. Absolutely wonderful! Thank you Dr. & wonderful staff, especially Paula and her partner! You gals were wonder!
