They have a Clean and attractive office. With my experience, The staff is approachable and are careful with their use of dental tools and the Doctor is informative, friendly, and asks about any new or ongoing concerns with each cleaning.
So glad I found Midwest Integrative! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming. The office itself is spotless and has a fresh comfort focused ambiance that feels completely different from a traditional boring dental office which definetly helped to reduce some dental anxiety I had. Since I needed a lot of dental work done I was worried about it being overwhelming . Dr. Harris and his staff are incredible! Their care and attention to their patients really distinguishes them from other dental offices I’ve been to. Highly recommend!
My husband made appointments for both of us and scheduled a half day off work, etc. The day before the appointments I received a phone call from a “potential spam” and didn’t answer. Less than an hour later I received a text at 4:30 PM stating that my appointment the next day would be canceled because I didn’t return a phone call to confirm.
