I had ordered form this company back in 2012 & 2014 and got my parts ok. I ordered something in November 2019 and my card was charged, but no email confirmation, no returned phone call, or no parts! I sent a letter to the address on the website, and it came back as United States Postal service "Return To Sender". That means they no longer operate at the location listed on the website. **DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MIDWEST HVAC PARTS** We ordered a part, and got no confirmation email, no part, yet they processed the order THREE TIMES!!!! We have left multiple messages and emails, and NO RESPONSE. This is a scam company. They process payment immediately, and go silent.
Not worthy of the one star rating!! I ordered an inducer motor for a furnace on 10/14/19 it is now 10/31/19 & I have yet to receive the part and according to their website, the order is still being PROCESSED. I have called multiple times, sent emails & left voicemails but NO ONE has contacted me in response to any of them. However, there was NO delay in processing my payment. I would caution anyone who is considering doing business with this company!
