I've been with Midwest for the past three years and having been in this line of work for well over 15 years, this is by far, the best company I've worked with. The office staff are always helpful, pleasant and takes care of any issues immediately. The owner, Gary, is very down to earth and easy to talk to about anything. I have tried and tried with these people and can't get a decent care giver when I do get a good one they end up not showing up. I am a former stna so I get this job so I try to have my husband help when he can. Im epileptic and 2 of their aides watched me have a seizure and did nothing lucky my husband was there the question is what if he wasn't there. I continued to give them chances even after that and thought i found a nice aide then that aide proceeded to not show up for work on Monday 1/19/26. Im officially done with la... read more
