The annual service agreement contract was a lot less than any other provider I have had. I am so happy we choose to go with Midwest to install and service our new humidifier.

I have no idea of the service. I just called to ask about fixing my toilet and the woman slammed the receiver on my ear. That was extremely rude and disrespectful. All I did was say I wanted an approx price quote and BLAM!!!!!!!! That is no way of treating a prospective customer. I ended up calling ABC Plumbing and they gave me a quote came out an hour later fixed me up just fine. I am happy again. If Midwest did not want to give me a quote over the phone, all they had to do was be nice about it. DON"T SLAM THE RECEIVER DOWN... read more
