The whole experience at Midwest Hearing was very positive. - Checking in and taking care of payments was easy and efficient. When my $2000 hearing aids no longer seem to work well and the seller advised me that my hearing loss was too great for their Hearing Aids to be able to deal with. I went to Midwest ENT and bought a pair of Starkey Hearing Aids. Dr Eric Becken at Midwest ENT had a horrible attitude and I had to see a different ENT at a different practice and was able to get my medical issue taken care of.
Carrie Bell is fabulous! I got to demo a model before buying, loved it. ended up having one made for my ear, life changing! Highly recommend!
