I had previously purchased hearing aids from Costco and in my first consultation with Carrie, I had asked how my experience would be different from Costco to Midwest ENT. Carrie had explained many differences and delivered on every one of them. Carrie had not only handled my hearing needs in a professional manner but did so with a genuine and caring personality. Hearing tech called in sick but staff gave me an alternate time and when that did not work let me drop off the heating aid and they fixed them for me to pickup a few hours later. Very accommodating.
I was in for a visit to get hearing checked as I am experiencing Tinnitus. Carrie was very pleasant and made the entire process enjoyable. I highly recommend this business for your hearing evaluation. I was pleased to learn that I still have great hearing!
