Paid over $700 for a pair of glasses whos lenses were total junk. ALWAYS use a clean microfiber cloth to clean, but within 6 months I had to swap out my lenses for issues with the UV or antiglare coating. Second set of lenses started showing scratches almost immediately. THE CHEAPEST, worst lenses I have ever seen. Always cleaned properly, no grit on lenses when cleaning them off. RecommendedSo Friends just to let you know my Experience from the minute I walked in till the day I received my Glasses. I was very pleased with the Staff and Service. Each person did their Job perfectly. Rose is a doll and if she ever needs a grandson. I am up for adoption. When I received my hand written. Thank you card from the Doctor. I was really impressed. Thanks to each of you for being Kind and joyful. I can see again.

Well the Dr I seen is nice and all but the people don’t always call back when leaving voicemails I been waiting like 3 weeks for my glasses then all the sudden I called and they tell me that my glasses we’re “shipped” and will be there at the end of this week still never came and then they also say “sorry for any inconvenience” because they put the lenses in and broke something and they don’t bother to call me and tell me anything an I started going here because my old Dr office I been to since I was younger in Valpo no long... read more

Receptionist at the front desk was rude about us not having masks. I understand the policy and will gladly wear a mask if that's the rule, there's no need to be rude. Chesterton location. I made this appointment over a month ago, it would have been nice to know the requirements at that time so we could be prepared.

My appointment went great. Everyone was friendly and I was taken care of in a timely manner. When I ordered my glasses I was told they would be in in about a week. A week went by and nothing.
