I was treated just fine by the staff. Everyone was kind to me and explained everything that was being done and why. Dr. Alexa was super with me. Had to have eyes dilated and checked. They all did a fantastic job !!!
Dr Culver is amazing but most of the other staff are rude and unprofessional. I came in about two weeks ago for a re-evaluation of my dry eyes and needed a prescription. It took over a week for the prior authorization to be filled out and I had to call 2 times for it to happen. I still do not have my prescription and feel this should be taken more seriously.
Yes! Had new technology that i have not been tested on before. learned new things about my eyes. Great attitude. Had a small wait in exam room but Facebook and few phone calls ocupied that. I went by myself and the gal who helped me pick out my glasses gave me total honesty on a glasses as i tried them on. So husband is scheduled to go next week lol!
Let me tell ya. I had never been there before but I got hurt at work while clearing some land. A tree limb fell from a tree and it hit me in my left eye. It felt like it had almost poked my eye out. Well my eye doctor was out of the office so I tried to find another doctor to see me for 2 days without having any luck.
