They need a followup system. Waiting for two months for glasses is not acceptable. each month I call to find out order not making it to the plant then they do not have the frames. not pleased
The STAFF is excellent and totally goes out of their way to help at first hand!!! So very nice and confident that my first visit is going to be great. By talking to the staff ( Jennifer & Daine & Karen) on the phone i was totally greatful for their help they give me.... they went totally out their way to help and solve my problems!!!! Dr. Robbins took his time to find out my problem. I have seen two other doctors and neither one could find what was wrong. The staff is excellent and so very helpful. They are kind, considerate, concise, and oh so very funny!!! I am so glad that I went to Robbins Eye Care and Optical. They are above the rest!!
