RecommendedSo Friends just to let you know my Experience from the minute I walked in till the day I received my Glasses. I was very pleased with the Staff and Service. When I arrived for my eye exam I was offered an optional test that is not covered by insurance, so I declined the test. Dr. Faust told me during my exam that I needed the test due and since it was necessary my insurance would cover it. Yesterday I received a bill and have attempted to contact them but the office is closed because of the epidemic. The voicemail states someone be will return calls but still no call. I do not appreciate these type of business practices and wouldn't recommend or return.

Everyone there is super rude. One person says one thing and another something else and then I (the customer/patient) get hung up on. Clearly could use some communication skills in their staff. Don’t recommend.
I have had amazing service at this office! I have been to plenty of offices where you are treated like a number. The staff knows my name and my children's names, which is always nice! I have never nor would ever say this office is incompetent! They go above and beyond!
Gone here all my life. When I was much much younger Dr. Ronald Barker was the opthamologist. He is the best opthamologist there ever was! I was so sad to see him retire. He knew your family and their health issues and was genuinely concerned about you. I now see Dr. Brian Faust. He is young, and is a very good opthamologist.
Well a couple weeks ago I have my first by exam at Midwest eye consulting the people there were very very friendly the doctor that I have is very very friendly they made me feel comfortable and I just enjoyed having them to be the ones to had examined my eyes and I will recommend them to anyone.
Nice Staff. Loved Rose, she knows her stuff. Dr.Alex was Awesome too. They have a nice frame selection as well. They even let me keep the mini bible that was in their waiting area. Very nice people.
