Went in for my eye appointment on Aug 17th. I ordered a set of replacement lenses for my current frames as well as a new set of frames and lenses. I was told they’d be here in two weeks. Two weeks was two days ago. I called Monday and asked of my lenses and frames were in and I was told “no, they’re not in yet. We’ll call you when they’re in.” Today I was told that my lenses are on back order. Apparently they’d known this for a while now and no one bothered to tell me. Had my new patient appt after relocating to Fort Wayne and I must say I was very impressed! Every individual I came in contact with in this office was friendly, professional and very helpful. The office is very clean. I highly recommend this particular location! Dr Beard is absolutely awesome. He is friendly, professional and answered all my questions fully. So happy with my choice!

Dr. Austin Beard was a fantastic diagnostician. My son's eyesight had been continuing to deteriorate, even wearing glasses. Dr. Beard is the 3rd optometrist we've tried, and he proscribed the perfect lenses to halt my son's deterioration. I'm thrilled!! Thank you, God, that we ended up with Dr. Beard.
