Both times I have been there in the last week the black lady up front is nothing but rude , walk in she just stares at you , asked her a question & she got a attitude and rolled her eyes at me like I’m wrong cause she doesn’t know her job , real unprofessional I won’t be back
My first visit with Dr. Kesslinger was great! She was so nice and listened to everything. She was so helpful. I had to leave before finishing my order due to the new employee not being able to finish in a timely manner. I called the next day to make an appointment to go back in to only pick frames and order. They scheduled me for the next morning. When I went back in, they sent me home stating there was no one there that could help me, even though I had made an appointment. Whatever you do ,do NOT go here. They gave me the wrong prescription. Tell me how my prescription got better from last year yet he said it was worse… and he said one of my eyes was a little worse… thats never been the case. Dr Wagner seriously doesnt know what hes doing. All the staff is rude when you call and play dumb as well in person. They gave me no receipt for my contacts so I couldnt do a rebate and I had a problem with my contacts and couldnt even get another apmt. I waited over 30 minutes for my appointment got up and asked if they overbooked and they stated that they were understaffed but yet the person that was the last one to sit down was taken first before me or the other people that were there before I was. When I got into the room whoever the nurse was she was rude and I blatantly asked her having a bad day because I was also. She said no that's just always my voice. I knew better. I made an appointment for my eye exam and when I went to the appointment they told me someone canceled it which was not true , so do not trust them, they do not deserve any star
