This is the worst eye place I’ve ever been to. They never call you back. You’re on hold forever. The receptionists are rude. Anywhere else on the planet will give you better service than this place.
I put one star to put attention to my overall experience. I received an eye and glasses exam doctor great and professional. The problem is after it being almost two months they never sent in my lab to get my glasses created. I called this location numerous times they never answered the phone and when they did they hung up on me every time for almost two months! I was there a couple yrs ago. The optometrist was great, but the lady who fits your glasses was unprofessional! Also they need to answer their phones. Will never go back there again!
I’ve read through all if the one-star rating and have to say these people are crazy! Time to start taking a bit of responsibility yourself. My diabetic exam was thorough and swift. Their selection of frames is stylish and up to date with a lot of frames to choose from. My fitting was great and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments of the frames I chose. I’ll be back, for sure. And you one-star people…find something better to do with your time!
Both times I have been there in the last week the black lady up front is nothing but rude , walk in she just stares at you , asked her a question & she got a attitude and rolled her eyes at me like I’m wrong cause she doesn’t know her job , real unprofessional I won’t be back
