It was certainly a stress free atmosphere which takes the worry away from the visit
Update: 10-17-26 Do not try calling this location, unless you have about 10 minutes to spare for the song & dance. They don't even have a direct line. Walk in & schedule, or walk away, would be the best advice I could give. I walked out of my last appointment after being put in a room & forgotten about. Waiting room was full upon arrival, not one person there when I walked out 45 minutes after my appointment time. I should have learned my lesson then. I very much wish I hadn't wasted my time again.
