I am currently still waiting for a 9am appointment. They took me back to the room once already and then sent me back the front so another patient could go ahead of me. Highly unprofessional. They then had multiple others go in to see the doctor first.
Went here a couple of times until they no longer accepted my insurance (hence why this is 4 stars and not 5). The staff was always friendly and happy to be of service. I even had a whole debacle with my sunglasses not being made right and they had to send them back 3 times before we finally got something I could wear. They always kept me informed on the status of my sunglasses and apologized for my inconvenience even though it was not their fault.
