I love this place. Dr. Todd Roberts is the best! He is very thorough with his exams. The staff is very welcoming.
I can't imagine a better eye clinic than this. Top shelf in every way.
I have been seeing Dr Robert for over 20 yrs. On occasion, when my employer has offered "discounts" at Doc-in-a-box optical centers, I've gone, but have always left feeling as though my exam wasn't as thorough as I've grown accustomed to getting with Dr Robert. When he opened his own office last year, I was thrilled for him. His staff has been very helpful and friendly. I have given up the idea that any other Optometrist is going to give me as complete an eye exam or take such a personal interest in me as their patient.
I love this office! The space is so welcoming it feels more like a loft or a ultra-cool ad agency than a medical clinic. And you can tell the staff are happy coming to work. Dr. Roberts was the first Dr. ever to fit me in comfortable contacts. (You mean I wasn't supposed to feel them in my eyes all those years?). And Zisa was the first person ever to help me find a pair of glasses I wasn't afraid to wear. (You mean they don't have to look like coke bottles?) The staff at Midwest Eye is very courteous and very thorough. We love Dr. Roberts and the entire staff. They are very patient with all our children. They are the best. If you need and eye exam I recommend them.
My visit incredible. The staff was helpful in all aspects of the visit. The office atmosphere is welcoming and the professionalism of all involved was exceptional. I have been with Dr. Robert for over ten years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
