I prefer the 111th location but this one is more convenient however I will not come back here ANYMORE! The lady at the front desk needs to work on her customer service skills. Nasty attitude. The last time and this time she say its an issue with insurance. As soon as I call insurance to check then she says oh they'll be calling you back shortly. Like girl. Today's visit was much better. I visited Midwest express clinic on Tuesday June 16th and was greeted by Niya, Tajae, and Laura my provider. They were so helpful and nice. Got me in and out quick with no issues.
