It is a shame that you have to even give a one star rating, they should make it a no star rating. Dispatcher Andrew calls us out to service their vehicle which was disabled on the NYS Thruway. Apparently they could not find a closer service provider, and we were over 40 miles away. They requested a forced regeneration, on their emission system, but we found there were faults in the system that would not allow it. The DEF pump had failed, requiring the vehicle to be towed.
