Perfect service. They made everything easy and stress free. Blowing in new insulation and installing their polyshield system was done quick. Couldn’t be any happier with the outcome
The team came out and with thermal imaging showed where a majority of our heat was lost. Discovered our attic had minimal to no insulation. They came, blew in additional insulation, and installed a radiant barrier in just a few hours. The installers were friendly and professional. We're looking forward to more comfortable living spaces and reduced energy costs. I hope to come back and update this review when we have a few months of data from the energy provider.
Rob and Josh were both super helpful in explaining everything. After install, I still had some heating issues in a couple rooms. Josh came out and helped investigate the issue which ended up being an HVAC issue and not an insulation issue. He also inspected the job his team had done and noticed a spot that was missed and promptly scheduled them to come back out to finish the job.
Have had two seasons with the insulation installed. Has helped with our energy bills and cooling in the summer/heating in the winter. Very satisfied and customer friendly. They went the extra mile with their service and insulation. Highly recommend Midwest Energy Management in Cincinnati.
