Went and had a colonoscopy performed today. Dr Couri and team were extremely professional and thorough. Highly recommend. Tip - adding crystal light lemonade mix was the trick for the prep solution.
Staff will not wear n95 masks during procedures to protect patients.
WARNING - Avoid This Facility! Do NOT call this center expecting transparent healthcare pricing. When I requested a price quote for a standard diagnostic endoscopy, they outright refused to provide any pricing information. Their response: "Pay us $350 first, then a doctor will give you a CPT code and MAYBE we'll tell you the price." This is a bait-and-switch tactic. Unorganized too many people waiting they tell me to pick up patient ready but made me sit on cold car in negative weather terrible service bossy woman with no knowledge of customer care here.
The staff is extremely professional and friendly. The pre- and post-procedure communication is excellent. Dr. Mettu is very thorough and has genuine, caring interpersonal skills. I highly recommend Midwest Endoscopy and Dr. Mettu.
