I have had great experience with my provider Katherine untill this morning when I spoke with Pam. Due to scheduling error on the part of Primary Care Partners, I have to go without my needed medication untill I book an appointment. Pam speak more than she listens, an opportunity for someone in her profession.
Absolutely outrageous. Called to make a appointment and go hung up on.
Great Docter office, Dr. Powell is very helpful
