I would not recommend. Anytime I tried to schedule or call about a concern, immediately directed to urgent care next door instead of trying to find me an appointment with my doctor. On their website it stated “current patients - same day appointments” FALSE STATEMENT. They said at the moment they took on another group and didn’t have anything available till a month out. They did not comply with actual statement on their site. Switched over to Bryan Health.
This is the first and only place I have been for primary care since moving to Lincoln, NE two years ago. I worked in healthcare, specifically in quality assurance, for a couple years and I tend to be observant of medical practices. Midwest Elite offers high quality medical care and great customer service. It is important that YOU (as a patient) know your insurance coverage well so you can be prepared to have good, productive conversations with the medical staff here. Heather Talbott is my primary care provider, and I truly don’t think I could ever fully put into words how amazing she has been. Everyone at the office is kind, helpful and puts a person at ease. One of the few offices that I don’t have “white coat syndrome” at. I have seen Heather twice and we just clicked from the beginning.
