I scheduled an appointment which required me to get a referral. I filled out 4 sheets of information. And I showed up 20 minutes early. Once I arrived - I gave the front desk my paperwork and insurance info and was told to sit while they reviewed things. My appointment time came and went although 3 patients went back. After waiting 20 minutes past my time and zero communication, I went to ask what the delay was. The woman said her audiologist was running behind. I saw multiple ENTs over the years, each telling me I had nothing wrong with my ears. Dr. Ostrowski gave me a correct diagnosis, so I’m following up with a surgeon for treatment. Very happy with his care and proper diagnosing.
Dr Vincent Ostrowski is the best Doctor giving the gift of sound ! He is very kind and patient and answers your questions . His staff is very nice making your visit as comfortable as possible and runs on a timely manner . I always look forward to my appointment with my Doctor he makes me feel like he truly cares about your well being. I am amazed he is also a pilot and flies airplanes !
