Dr Ostrowski has absolutely changed my life in such a positive way. I’ve struggled with ear issues stemming from small ear canals since birth. After 4 sets of tubes and ear drum ruptures leaving 40% of my drum remaining, I felt confident I found the right doctor to reconstruct both drums. I scheduled an appointment which required me to get a referral. I filled out 4 sheets of information. And I showed up 20 minutes early. Once I arrived - I gave the front desk my paperwork and insurance info and was told to sit while they reviewed things. My appointment time came and went although 3 patients went back. I saw multiple ENTs over the years, each telling me I had nothing wrong with my ears. Dr. Ostrowski gave me a correct diagnosis, so I’m following up with a surgeon for treatment. Very happy with his care and proper diagnosing.
