COMPLETELY REFUSED MY PEDIATRICIANS REFERRAL! HE FLAT OUT DENIED TO SEE MY CHILD. As a mother begging they completely refused!!! I’m a mother struggling to find out what is happening to my 16 month old child. I’ve never encountered such blatant disregard from a doctor. CLEARLY THIS DOCTOR IS INCAPABLE. Don’t waste your time FIND SOMEONE ELSE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEIR DOING.
This was a great place to go too. They rejected my doctors referral request.
Very pleased with the care given by Dr. Ostrowski. The nurses at the surgery center were also very kind and helpful.
Dr. O is a wonderful doctor /surgeon! His ability to not only do a great job in surgery, but he has great bedside manners to ensure the patient and the parents fully understand the situation. I never doubted he would fix the massive cholesteatoma in my son's ear! And with no hearing loss!

Dr O is awesome! He talked to us and explained everything. I recommend him 100%. My daughter is doing great since her surgery.
Dr. Ostrowski did a wonderful job on my ear tympanoplasty this past February. I greatly appreciate his patience with me and always taking the time to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. He has never seemed hurried or rushed and always takes as much time as I need. The staff has always been friendly and helpful each time I have visited the office. I highly recommend!
Dr Hicks is a great Dr. Very compassionate and caring, with his patients concerns first. Going to miss him greatly, but hope he enjoys his well deserved retirement. Now will just have to get better acquainted with Dr Benscoter. Hoping he will be as great a Dr. as Dr. Hicks and that is setting the bar high for him. I recommend Midwest Ear to anyone in the area.
