The house is falling apart. It has mold, raccoons, squirrels, broken appliances, leaks and drips. The landlord Byron Frenz refuses to respond to tenants emails asking him to repair the house. He does respond to emails involving his payments however. I am at the point of having to call a building inspector and possibly abating rent. EDIT: adding this about a year after this review.
