(First read reviews for Carol Foulds, MD under google search, she runs this place and is a joke) I have been to many doctors and dermatologist throughout my life and DR. Foust is by far the worst out there. She will be late to work (I waited 2 hours for a 15 min checkup, alone, she wasn’t even busy) with no apologies or regret for her actions.
