Working with Chad Carter made our roof replacement experience very favorable. Workers did an excellent job and the clean up was exceptional.
At the recommendation of our insurance company we chose MCG for to replace our roof which was damaged from hail. Our representative was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The work crew arrived early working diligently through the day and into the early evening hours. Each day they cleaned up any yard. The project was completed with a reasonable and the projected time frame. All in all our experience was favorable.
We had a total roof replacement done in July 2026 by MCG (Midwest Construction Group) in Chesterfield, MO. Our experience with MCG was one of the best we've ever had with a contractor of any kind. Chad Carter, our project manager, was professional, friendly and very knowledgeableabout roofing. His communication and followup were excellent. This group spams the heck out of you! A women just called me twice from 2 different numbers telling me to get a roof inspection. When I asked her to take me off her list she told me to shut up. When I called both numbers back you get this company's automated message. How ridiculous.
MCG Contractors were, without a doubt, the best decision we made when we were finally able to get these big $ house repairs.
