We are so grateful to Midwest Construction and Ilya and his team for building our dream deck. Right from the start they listened to our needs and budget with no high pressure sale. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them through the whole process with great communication and problem solving resulting in a smooth and quick build of our deck. The clean up after demolition of our old deck and construction was outstanding. We are recommending them to all our friends and family. Could not be more pleased.

We had an outstanding experience with Midwest Construction & Remodeling! Everything from the bidding process, to the completion of our project was efficient and expertly done. Iyana was our project manager. He listened to us, instead of giving us a slick sales pitch.we were confident in knowing that they were the right company for our job. His skilled crew was hard working(even in the freezing cold). They were thoughtful and very neat. The quality of their work is unmatched. We would recommend using this company for any de... read more

We recently had our roof replaced with Midwest construction. The company (Ilya and Taylor) made the experience easy, answered questions and emails in a timely manner. Anything my husband or I didn’t understand it was clarified and/or explained in great detail. They walked us through the entire process, worked with our insurance company/adjusters (even when they switched the adjusters on us), and confirmed everything was to our expectations. We recommend Midwest Construction and would do business with them in the future!

Midwest Construction and Remodeling installed new siding on my home and garage. They also replaced a few windows and installed new gutters. Their service was top notch from beginning to end. Project Mgr. Oleg was tremendously helpful and professional and he stayed within my budget. He provided insight and guidance ensuring I made the right choices of design and color. Oleg was quick to respond whenever I called. He is a good guy. Midwest Construction & Remodeling has a cool computerized program that projects onto a large scr... read more

Oleg and team remodeled for the shower for my wife and I. To say that we had a good experience would be an understatement. Throughout the entire process, Oleg was attentive, explained everything, was fair and honest. When it came to purchasing tile, fixtures, and preparing for install, the Midwest team was able to help to each step throughout the process. If there were any issues that arose, they were addressed quickly and brought to a quick conclusion. We knew we were getting a complete, and expertly done, remodel. Th... read more
