Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.
I agree with the person who said the office staff is awfu. I LOVE Dr. Warner, but she doesn't have an efficient staff at all! They never answer phones, never return messages, and an office that closes at 4 pm is absurd. Unfortunately, I might have to look for another doctor that has a better staff and hours.
