Everyone was good but if I was owner of this treatment canter than I won’t let that case manager work there because of her I seen 5 people leaving the facilities without completing treatment.she put pressure on people and do interfere on our treatment journey.

This place is terrifying and horrible! They would only let me make a Safe Call when I got there and when I asked to use it again because my vision from the infection I have was going bad I wanted to call my Dad and the first call was to my boyfriend they told me I only get one call. They also told me that if I left I could not get belongings for 48 hrs. I know some of Youngstown but not the area I was at. I think it's says alot when the facility doesn't respond to accusations, makes me think the positive ones are employees??? I'll look elsewhere
