Very rude staff. The only person who acknowledged us and was friendly is the lady who was at the front desk. Other than her, everyone was rude, ignored us, or brushed us off. I brought my son in last month for a cast. Dr. Gitelis is the one who put the cast on. He never once said a word to us and it looked to be a temporary cast that was put on or he did a very bad job because it started to come apart within 2 days.
