RecommendedFantastic staff... Very honest, helpful. Came for an inspection, but check engine light had come on... They pulled up the errors on their computer, printed copies of what was wrong, did my inspection, and I proceeded to dealer where my extended warranty took care of problem. There was no pressure to get repairs done here, but gave me a printout of what repair costs would be, no extra charge, but gave me peace of mind... Very confident in their abilities and honesty.
They exude an immense amount of patience and service toward the customer. The best decision I have made was bringing my vehicles to be serviced here with these great people.
Hands down, this was the best car repair experience of my life. Everyone was so friendly and the repair work was about half of the dealership. I was told we needed a new starter but they found the problem and fixed it for $52. I will never go to another place ever.
We were on a shopping trip and called them, they had us back on the road in a couple hours!! Offered us snacks and coffee while waiting!!! Thank you Midwest Auto!!
