We took our vehicle to them they said they identified the issues. They called and said it would be about $600.. They then charges over a $1000. We picked up our vehicle and our vehicle still had the same issues. They assured us that they would make it right. .but not without another big charge. We picked up our vehicle and within a couple weeks..the first time me drove it any distance we were stranded and had to pay hundreds to have our vehicle towed home.
I had a mechanical emergency, and was lucky enough to coast right into their parking lot. No appointment. No phone call. They were busy, yet they took the time and went out of their way to get me fixed up and back on the road quickly and affordably, when they were under no obligation to do so. Remarkable. Thanks guys!!
I highly recommend Jim and team at Midwest Auto. Having been referred to them by my daughter, they helped us through a troublesome check engine light. Midwest properly diagnosed the issue but in doing so, was honest and upfront and relayed before spending a lot of dollars on the repair, recommended we get a second opinion from the dealer and to see if they would fix under warranty. living Blue Springs for 28 years tried many different chops in the Independence Lee's Summit and Blue Springs area. was very impressed with this business. they treated me professionally their prices were very fair waiting time was expected. I have a small clean waiting area and they kept me posted often of the status of the work being done on my vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone with VA classic car import or American vehicle. Very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the owners and staff at MWA. A perfect storm of events happened last week with my Grand Prix, which caused multiple components to fail - initially stumping the best of their experienced employees.
