I bought a 2017 Honda CRV from here. Turbo charger grenaded after 1,000 miles and got replaced twice since then to find out today that the motor is junk. So now I’ve got to spend 8,100 on a new motor. A $15,000 used car has very quickly turned into a $30,000 used car. Not happy with this at all, be careful when buying cars from this dealership. I have never had a car buying experience like I have here. These guys are so kind and extremely transparent. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door and was brought back to the show room. They asked for what I was looking for and brought me right to that vehicle and explained the packet to me. Each vehicle has a packet with general info, Carfax history, and much more. I just went to this dealership to look at a car I found online. I looked over the car and told the sales guy that I want to test drive the vehicle. He told me that unless the funds are in place and available, they don't allow test drives. So in other words, you have to run your credit and make some sort of commitment before you can even see how the car drives??
