Great customer service, no tricks or scams. They tell you up front all about their policies, don't tack on any fees, don't try to sell you on anything (in fact, told me straight up that I didn't need gap insurance or the flashier Audi). They are genuine people who want to make life easier for their buyers. I am pretty suspicious of most sales-based businesses and it was very nice to find somewhere trustworthy.
