This was our first time at Midwest Auto. We were very pleased with the service and friendly staff! They had very nice vehicles at reasonable prices. All vehicles are indoors which is nice for browsing. We bought our vehicle and left very happy! Easy process and paperwork. We recommended them to friends and family already! Highly recommend!

Well they tried to scam us into buying a van with a major mechanical defect. Shockingly this didn’t show up on the “just done” mechanical inspection. He was going to call us the next day after having a talking to with his mechanic. Yep no call. Because he wanted to push a 3rd party warranty for $3k and sell us a faulty van. Typical small used car dealer
Easy and seamless buying experience, no pressure calls, texts or emails.
We drove up and didn't see any cars, we were a bit stunned, however all cars are well taken care of and indoors! Mr. Ric was great taking his time, allowed us to speak amongst ourselves and honest with all details. We will be back.
