We have been going to Midwest allergy for 10 years, but recently the Newark office has suffered dramatically. In February my son was due for testing. We never received a call or letter to set up an appointment time. In March I approached the front desk to find out what happened. The new receptionist decided not to send postcard reminders, and didn’t bother to call us. I managed to get an appointment, but 2 months past his standard appointment. I was there for my Allergy shot and she was very kind and explain what each shot was for, i will be back for my shots..
Did have to wait a bit, but that's to be expected. I give 5 stars
Horrible and extremely rude receptionist! I will never take my child there, if that's what they want to represent their practice!
