Called to see about approval, basically gave me a attitude. very unprofessional. Seems like they dont care about customer satisfaction. Really wanted a car there but their poor attitude and lack of work ethic made me change my mind. i highly suggest not to work with them

Joel is incredibly nice and very attentive to what you might like on the lot. My husband and I drove by noticing their decent prices and nice selection and really enjoyed our experience. No pressure at all from Joel. We are now happy owners of a Toyota Venza and we are pleased to have worked with professional, and reasonable salesmen.
I did not buy a car from them.....almost. I ended up with another car. BUT, I have to say after dealing with a couple dozen car salesman online looking only for very specific cars it was nice to talk with some who don't BS you.
I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service that I received here. Joel and Bob were quick to respond to our inquiries and the entire process transparent. I never felt pressured to buy and I would give this business my highest recommendation.
