Midway Plumbing & Heating solved the issue of locating the point of entry for a waterline from the meter 230 feet away to my house. The house was built in 1996 and I’m the 3rd owner. The county requires no records for locations of septic/drain fuels lines, water line entry and under-slab routing of copper lines. Midway techs did an efficient job, but of course it’s more expensive doing it this way than just filing that information with the County Building Department which has no such requirements or services available. Mark did a great job draining the water heater and left no mess. He put on new shoe covers as soon as he got in the house. He kept me informed of the work progress. Before he left, he asked if there is any other plumbing issues he could help with while he is there. I appreciate his professionalism.
