Absolutely the worst support or kindness when there is an issue. They acknowledge that kids will throw rocks at cars as they are right next to the train tracks. They do nothing to deter this behavior, and they will offer to support for you when a rock smashes your back window. They expect you to clean up the glass with no assistance. They simply stay in the booth and stated they cannot reach the owner who is never available and that they are not responsible for any damage. ADVERTISE 24 HOUR SECURITY SEVICE AND CAMERAS BUT FAIL TO SAY THAT THEIR SECURITY IS A JOKE AND SECURITY CAMERAS ARE ONLY AT THE ENTRANCE. MY CAR WAS SMASHED INTO AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP US OR GIVE ANY INFORMATION IN REGARDS TO MY DAMAGED VEHICLE. INSTED THEY CHARGED US $100 PARKING FEE AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH MANAGER NAME AND CONTACT NUMBER. IT APPEARED TO ME THAT THEIR STAFF IS UNTRAINED AND INCOMPETENT.
