ADVERTISE 24 HOUR SECURITY SEVICE AND CAMERAS BUT FAIL TO SAY THAT THEIR SECURITY IS A JOKE AND SECURITY CAMERAS ARE ONLY AT THE ENTRANCE. MY CAR WAS SMASHED INTO AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP US OR GIVE ANY INFORMATION IN REGARDS TO MY DAMAGED VEHICLE. INSTED THEY CHARGED US $100 PARKING FEE AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH MANAGER NAME AND CONTACT NUMBER. IT APPEARED TO ME THAT THEIR STAFF IS UNTRAINED AND INCOMPETENT.
