Neil and Wayne demonstrated outstanding professionalism and we greatly appreciated how they were very understanding in helping us with our auto needs situation. We are return customers at Midway Motors and you can see and feel some of the characteristics of owner Glenn Hoover in a lot of the employees there no matter what services are used at the dealership.
I was looking online for a car for my Son to begin with, but seen a car on there that I liked. I called about it and found out Noel Wilson worked there I am a very loyal and repeat customer of his. between my Mom and I we have purchased 6 cars from Noel. We had a wonderful experience with Midway Motors. I was VERY impressed that John and the general manager came to our house to look at our cars for trade in values since we had three cars and only two of us to drive. The staff was very patient and friendly - seemed to be no pressure whatsoever. It was a very pleasant experience from the time we stepped in the door to when we left. Everyone was very helpful and informative. I came in just to look at a truck I saw on the website, and next thing you know I'm driving it home. Nate answered all my questions and Santine got me the financing that I needed. Everyone was very friendly and fun to work with. Nate even went the extra mile to get a few things repaired after I had already made the purchase. Kris found the Chevrolet Suburban we were looking for in a vehicle as for price and mileage and he was very easy to deal with on the trade we were wanting to put against it. We were very pleased with how he worked with us on the make the trade a deal!
We just stopped in on our way home to Emporia to see what they had. Jeff brought this 2007 Ford Expedition around to us and let us take a ride in it. We really liked it, gave him a price, he came back with only $200 more and we took it! Jeff was great, as was everyone in the dealership. We had our dog with us and they were very accommodating. We were made aware of the service plan but were not pressured to take it. It was a very pleasing transaction.
We purcahsed a 2010 F-150 from Kris Hanschu, he is a top notch salesman. We have purchased multiple vehicles from him and will continue to purchase our vehicles from him. He went above and beyond to get us our vehicle. I never in a million years expected him to do what he did so he could get us our vehicle. The finance guy, Wayne, is awesome!
