My experience with the salesmen and the mechanics was great. The reason that i gave it a 3 on the overall experience is because my car broke down the next day but i understand that the dealership is not at fault for that, and that it's just something that happened. The price was a little high for the amount of miles that were on it but overall i'm ok with my purchase.
My husband and I made the drive to Hillsboro just to "look" at a car we had found online. I HATE car shopping. To my surprise, we were treated like friends with no high pressure sales. Within 3 hours we were on our way home with our Trailblazer! I will send all of my family and friends to Midway Motors in Hillsboro!
I talked to them over the phone and email ahead of time and had a great experience with the staff. I told them I needed to be in and out very quickly and they were very helpful. They got me out in time to get back and watch my son play basketball. thanks, Michael
Purchased 2011 Acadia Denali. Salesman Jeremy Blake was very good and not high pressure. Had to order the vehicle and he went over the few options avaible so we could add or leave out. The day we picked up the vehicle Jeremy and finacial staff really made it easy. Also bought a 2008 GMC Sierra from Midway, Jeremy was Salesman for it also. Kenny Seely in service dept. is very good as had a problem with back d door locks and Kenny took very good care of the problem. The website of Midway Motors allowed me to view the actual vehicles I wanted. I could not find this service at any other dealer. I was able to call up there, talk to a friendly representative, drive up there, and they had the pickup ready for me. Their personnel went out of their way to fit to my schedule on that particular day. I previously had been to a competitors of Midway Motors (in Wichita) and was not impressed. Doug has been very responsive to my inquiries on several trucks I have visited with him about. If he doesn't have the information he is good about finding the answer and calling me back. When I called on the last truck it was Wednesday and we had the deal completed Friday afternoon, and Doug had to get the truck from another location so he could show it to me.
Last week I started looking for a newer vehicle for the end of this year. The next day someone totalled our parked trade-in car! We came in and got a newer, better, car with less mileage! We are very happy with our newer car! Very quick and easy Thanks.

I've purchased new vehicles from Davis Moore, Conklins, and Steven's Infiniti, and the experience at Midway was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. They were VERY straight forward during the negotiations - no games of "let me go talk with my sales manager and I'll get back with you.". They bent over backwards to understand what I wanted, and then they found a way to put a deal together that was fair for both of us.
