I am not a mechanic by any means. I brought my truck in to be looked at for a check engine light and running ruff. The tell me it is a #8 ignition coil and it would be $435 to fix it. So naturally I YouTube that problem. Of course it is a $90 dollar part for me to purchase and I literally replaced it in 3min. Ask a Mechanic and they will tell you how easy and fast it is. $435 for what. Guarantee they can get the part cheaper than I can and 3 min of labor? $435? I have lost all faith in their service center. Still had to pay ... read more
I always have the best service there with no pressure for extras I can’t afford. The staff is great as is the atmosphere. And the chocolate chip cookies help!
its the respect they give you from sales to service they treat you like you just bought a 100 new cars like your the most important person they know and all you bought was a used truck for the best price around they really care if your hapoy with the deal and the truck . and service department is A++ total good dealership i have bought 3 trucks over the years and will continue to go there for my business
