I have been trying to get into my storage unit for two weeks now. Have tried calling and texting several times and have not heard anything back. They took payment out on the 18th so 5 days ago. It’s ridiculous that I can’t even get into my unit. I needed stuff for this weekend and now can’t get it.
The unit I rented was huge and affordable. Access is seamless and the property is very well maintained and excellent management. I strongly recommend
Will not answer phone or return answering machine. This review is here in case I have to sue.
