Not a good experience. Took a key to have the battery replaced,only to have my key not work at all. They would not do anything to make it right. Had to load the vehicle on the trailer to bring it to them,as they said they would have to program it. After multiple trips up there to have them correct this problem and three weeks later. Had to take the car to the dealership to finally get a key. One of the employees was very professional the other ,which was a female was not. I do not recommend this place very frustrating.

We treat our customers with respect and do not tolerate this type of behavior at our shop. The Honda key you brought in had a broken remote top case. Do NOT use Midway Lock & Key ever!! Took a key to have them cut it and program it and they filed down the brand new key fob because they couldnt figure out how to cut the key. And then said...well we just cant seem to get the key to fit right in our machine. AFTER they hacked up a brand new fob!!!! Then said dont worry I'm not gonna charge you.... told them I wasnt paying him for filing up a brand new key fob and didnt offer to pay for they're mistake or replace the FOB This is the kind of work they feel is acceptable Took i... read more
