Love it here! Peace and Quiet! I couldn’t live anywhere else..
Overpriced. don’t even worry about getting a deposit back they will find anything to take that from you. if you get evicted or move out they will OVERCHARGE you EVERYTIME! this is very common in these townhomes. management is money hungry and they expect your unit to look BRAND NEW nothing less or you will be paying $10k or more even for damages you did not do !! Do not recommend!!! They are very greedy & will scam you if you let them !
Good luck getting in here if you have anything in collections, even with someone else on the lease. They’ll take your application fee even if they know they won’t approve you too
Bang for the buck you not finding a better deal. Me personally I have no problems with complex. Standard leasing policy, stays pretty clean, and in six years seem to keep pretty good tenants.
