I was charged $800 to address an electrical issue and was told certain parts could not be replaced. However, after the repair, the radio still does not turn off when the truck is off. Additionally, the bracket that holds the radio in place was damaged during the service. It’s concerning that the vehicle was returned without noticing such an obvious issue. I brought my 2016 Ford Fusion in for a diagnosis due to intermittent missing. The technician barely even addressed the main issue, only stating "I couldn't duplicate the missing." Then tried to sell a brake job and a missing radiator cap that wasn't missing when I brought the vehicle in. I've taken every F150 I've owned here to be serviced. I recently went to pay for my service appt and was told that the price of my oil change and tire rotation had nearly doubled because of new ownership changing prices. I will be going elsewhere for service.
