Took my vehicle in for a recall fix had a 10am appointment. Multiple other people in lobby. Time hit noon 2 hours over my appointment and everyone in the lobby was gone I checked the status of my vehicle and still was not moving in the process. I went to the nice lady at the desk and asked about my vehicle and why it was not moving. She was very great and grab my service advisor. I have purchased several vehicles from Midway Ford in the past 20 years. I use their service department whenever there is something wrong my car is currently 10 years old so I've had to take it there a couple of times. They're always very quick to fix whatever is wrong prices don't seem to be astronomical and they are very very honest. My son had left his wallet in my car and when I called them they found the wallet money and all. Highly recommend this company.

Took my car into service dept for a no start/no crank issue after I had personally worked to resolve it. Also had a check engine light with a code evident once it did start. Service advisor Steve told me it would be couple three days before they could look at it. Once I did hear from them, Steve said they cleared the light/code with the computer and told me it was a code stored from some time back and not a current issue.
