I brought my 2016 Ford Fusion in for a diagnosis due to intermittent missing. The technician barely even addressed the main issue, only stating "I couldn't duplicate the missing." Then tried to sell a brake job and a missing radiator cap that wasn't missing when I brought the vehicle in. The reason I brought the car to the dealership was because I was recommended to bring it in from my local mechanic due to an expected head crack issue common in these vehicles. I've taken every F150 I've owned here to be serviced. I recently went to pay for my service appt and was told that the price of my oil change and tire rotation had nearly doubled because of new ownership changing prices. I will be going elsewhere for service.
Shady dealership, sold a car out from under me after I had made an appointment, I even got to the dealership before they sold it, I tried to make it there fast because of their first come first serve policy (and I made it there first) but they sold it to someone who showed up 10 minutes later than me, big waste of time
