Drove my son's car to the service department for diagnostics, and I also was purchasing the necessary parts for repair. The car needed a new fuel pump, so I asked to buy that. When I completed the transaction, the car, which I DROVE in, would not start. I asked the service desk to help me, and their reply was that if I wasn't getting it fixed there, it wasn't their problem.
