Very informative, very smooth transition from start to to end, did not feel pressured, we highly recommend this dealership
Updated with video attached: They got my truck back in to the shop and changed the brake pads. They stated that they received a bad batch of parts from their supplier and my brand-new brake pads were burned up by the time they got it back in. They said it should be all good now. but it's definitely NOT. I've got to find time to take out of my already busy day, be without my truck again and get it back in the shop. Matt at the parts counter was went above and beyond helping me find the part I needed on a Saturday! They got the part in on Monday. Matt called as soon as part arrived. Dropped truck off at 4:30pm. Truck done and ready to go, Next day/tuesday at 11 am. Fast service....Fair labor price! Highly recommended....Will use again!
