Purchased a very expensive “drop-in” replacement engine from them. After installing, it was discovered that they had sent me the wrong year which wasn’t a direct replacement. They aren’t offering any kind of reimbursement/refund for the added costs to fix their mistake. After seeing how they conduct business, I am letting everyone know how I was treated and to use them with extreme caution. Myself and several other shops have now moved our business elsewhere because of this incident!
why would any business want a copy of credit card front and back and a copy of driver's license. Then when you question them about it they hang up on you and will not answer your call. People please beware sounded like a SCAM,SCAM,SCAM. why would any business do this to another business. Looking like LKQ GETS MY BUSINESS.
worst ever do not buy parts from these people they are shady as all they sent out two bad rear ends for my Ford F-150 and then forgot to load the third rear end on the truck when I called Midway and ask Scott about it and demanded answers he acted like a scared little bunny and said I had an attitude and hung up the phone on me called my shop and cancel the order which is great because I didn't want your shity part for the third time

They were AMAZING. Told me everything they needed up from so I would be prepared, drove all the way out to Leavenworth and had the check with him. Very polite, on time and fast. Loved it!
