Midvalley staff is kind and professional and my insurance covered this. I wish I had known about intensive outpatient cognitive behavior therapy sooner than so much later. A much better first step than individual counseling.
I was told before signing up that there was a sliding fee scale, which was the only reason I started. I was not told that my insurance plan was excluded from the scale. After I made a few visits to the group I was told that the sea I have been paying was no longer applicable. This is a horrible treatment when you are vulnerable and receiving mental health care. I had to quit the group because I could no longer afford it. Don't trust them.
