I was referred to Midtown Urology Associates from a friend of mine in the Army who just came back from deployment. As a navy Veteran myself who works in the healthcare industry I'm pretty picky and critical when it comes to choosing a doctor. Wow, I was impressed!!! The front desk was nice, the doctor was patient and answered all of my questions, and the billing lady spent like 10 minutes on the phone with my insurance just to make sure I didn't pay more than I was supposed to out of pocket. I was a patient if Dr. Trotter. Professional. Understanding. Insanely great bedside manner. He always cracked me up. You can’t go wrong with this guy.
The whole staff is pleasant to work with and I can't say enough great things about Dr. Trotter. He's got a great team and they've done an incredible job getting my kidney stones in order.
