Lived here a while back but just remembering living there made me want to come back and leave a review. The old manager Laci was a breath of fresh air, but the place itself is really run down, washing machines dirty, and a really bad bedbug infestation made me have to leave. DV was a frequent occurrence, with even the police banging on my door at 3am looking for my neighbor. Neighbors loud and yell constantly. I lived here and its true that the Manager has tenants assaulted that she has beef with. Also the landlord is a horrible person, hes the epitome of slumlord. This place has black widows, ear wigs, roaches, mice and the wall unit AC will run you 700$ a month in pge during the summer while not even keeping your apt cold. Youre better off at a homeless shelter than you are here
The owner of this property is awful I hated living here - a true slumlord & - the Manager has sent people to physically assault tenants she did not like. I was there when a tenant was assaulted - she was assaulted at her front door by one of the managers friends. It was incredulous to me that the manager wasn’t terminated immediately. You would be better off at a homeless shelter than living here. Theres ear wigs, black widows, rats, homeless people who sleep in empty units, roaches & the summers are excruciatingly hott. ASSAULTED BY the APT MANAGERS of MIDTOWN TOWNHOMES “friend” I moved into Midtown Townhomes because I thought they were a good size and well priced. Never did I think that my life would be in danger moving there as it was fully gated. After having a texting dispute with the apt manager LACI she called her friend over in an unmarked vehicle to my FRONT DOOR to ASSAULT ME.
