I don't have a heat at my apartment since the winter started this year. I have called the management many times and no one cares. I will file a small claim at the court against the management on January 8th, 2018, if they aren't going to fix that and pay for the electric bill. Almost $100 electric bill because I am using an electrical heater!!!!!
Love my apartment, big and roomy, haven't had any problems with neighbors.
