Called at 11 am to get a quote on tires that I’d gotten there in the past. They told me they’d call me back with the quote. 4 hours later no call back so I call again. They say now they’ll email the quote to me. I had to ask if they have the tires in stock which they don’t. Just a complete lack of urgency and seem to have no interest in my business even though I’ve purchased 3 sets of tires in the past. I’ll be getting my tires somewhere else.
Everyone I came in contact was there to help and get me back on the road. Great, personable guys!
